Plum Guide Pricing
On Plum Guide, prices can range from as low as USD $70 per night to as high as USD $3,000 per night. This depends on factors such as the area, number of guests, and type of property. All fees and charges, including cleaning and service fees, are included in the total price displayed on the payment page.
The platform allows hosts to set their own prices, including base rates, weekend prices, and additional fees. These additional fees can include cleaning fees and additional guest fees. For example, a host can set an extra charge per guest per night after a certain number of guests.
Discounts and custom nightly prices for specific dates or ranges of dates can also be set by the host. The platform also has a fee structure where 3% is charged to the host and 12% is charged to the guest of the total accommodation charges. In some cases, 16.5% of the total accommodation charges is charged to the host, and nothing is charged to the guest.
Please note that the availability shown on the site should be accurate. All Plum hosts must ensure all external calendars are synced correctly and commit to keeping all seasonal rates and other information up-to-date at all times. If they don't, they are removed from the platform. The price displayed will be the correct total in your home currency inclusive of all taxes and fees. There are no hidden charges and nothing to add on top.
Remember, the final price can be impacted by many factors: Seasonal rates, Additional guests, Weekly or monthly discounts, Tax. So, it is super important to enter your dates and number of guests in order to calculate the correct price for your exact stay.
If there is no calendar displayed on the listing it means that this home is not currently bookable. This is usually because the home is 'under review' as to whether or not they still meet the standards.
